I use a program called Apophysis 7x15, version C.9 (found here). It's very easy to use, and there are a ton of tutorials for it on dA here :)

Someone Ik went to art school and then got certified to open his own tattoo shop and said he wanted a challenge. I am going to suggest this. =P
